Big Squat PRs and America. 🇺🇸

It doesn’t get any better than that.

Ripping cleans, blasting jumps, and dialing in technique. Olympic lift variations and weighted jumps are powerful tools for turning strength into explosive power. Every rep is an opportunity to refine movement, produce force faster, and challenge the nervous system for greater athletic performance.

Train. Transfer. Perform. ⚡️💯

Med ball work with our college crew. ⚡️

Med ball throws are a staple in our warm-up and performance prep. They provide a high-output stimulus to wake up the nervous system, improve force production, and reinforce explosive movement patterns before training.

The goal isn’t fatigue—it’s preparing the body to move fast, be powerful, and perform at a high level when the real work starts.

Prime the nervous system. Produce force. Train explosively. #ELEVATE #TrainTheAthlete #PowerDevelopment #CollegeAthletes #SportsPerformance

ACCELERATION IS EVERYTHING.

Most sport plays are won before athletes ever hit top speed.

⚡ Baseball: 8–12 steps to 1st
⚡ Football: 3–8 steps decide most plays
⚡ Volleyball: 1–4 explosive steps
⚡ Basketball: 2–6 steps to create space
⚡ Track: 30–60m before max speed

The first few steps matter.

Acceleration creates separation.
Separation changes games.
