Tyler Jensen, signing out — Thank you, baseball.

I’ll never forget the life lessons this game taught me. The love I have for baseball will always hold a special place in my heart. Take the opportunity if you get it — even if it’s in the middle of nowhere (Williston, ND). You never know where it can take you or how much growth you’ll find along the way.

When I look back on my baseball career, I can honestly tell myself this: “It was all WORTH IT.”

Gage played in 4 of the Premier Tritons games to wrap up their final week. Gage was a big time offensive contributor. He went 5 for 11, with 3 doubles driving in 4 runs, while also picking up 4 walks. Not a bad weekend to cap off his Tritons career!

What a pleasure it has been working with this group of young athletes ⚾️

At the start of this years off season strength and conditioning training, we had a good meeting with the @wr.tritons GM to propose our 3 phase program that we believe would best set up the boys for success this season. Knowing expectations would be high following up from last season with the senior boys team winning provincials in spectacular fashion.

From October - December we doubled down on all foundational movement prep and strength work to keep our athletes healthy and develop a better base to build from.

From December - January we started transitioning from strength to power, learning how to utilize these new found abilities in a more functional manner.

From January to March we will be focusing entirely on speed and power development to potentiate higher levels of play.

With how well the first 2 phases have went, we feel confident that all players, coaches, parents and scouts combined will notice the improvements this season and are grateful for the trust they have shown us to guide these athletes in the right direction.
