Behind every confident seller is a well-prepared agent 💬📊

At Week 5 of our Marketing Momentum series, our agents didn’t just talk marketing—they shared scripts, swapped strategies, and tackled the tough question:

What do you actually do and say when a listing goes quiet?

The answer? You show sellers that you’re still working behind the scenes.
🧠 Tracking views, shares, and engagement
📈 Sharing weekly data—even if there’s no activity
🗣 Reassuring with real talk, not radio silence
📮 Keeping them in the loop on outreach and local networking

Because it’s not just about the outcome—it’s about showing effort, building trust, and keeping your sellers emotionally on board every step of the way.

Thank you @gailflong for facilitating this session!

📬 Consistency Wins. Whether it's newsletters, postcards, or monthly updates—they don’t have to open it for it to work. Why? Because your name is being seen and subconsciously linked to real estate. 👀💡

🔥 On Episode 255 of Real Estate Excellence, top Northeast Florida agent Gail Long breaks down why staying consistent with your marketing—even when no one is responding—is what builds trust and gets the call when someone is ready.

🎯 “You don’t know when someone’s going to need you, or know someone who does… but if your name is front of mind, you’re the one they’ll call.” – Gail Long

💼 Tune into this episode to hear how Gail built her business with patience, professionalism, and long-term marketing strategies that work no matter the market.

Here’s an Instagram caption for your reel featuring Gail Long’s powerful analogy between running marathons and running her real estate business:

⸻

🏃‍♀️ From Marathon Runner to Real Estate Top Producer 🏡💼

Gail Long didn’t start running until adulthood—but once she laced up, she conquered marathons, triathlons, and even a half Ironman. 🏅

Her secret? A plan.

In Episode 255 of the Real Estate Excellence Podcast, Gail shares how the same discipline and planning it takes to cross a finish line applies to her real estate success. If you don’t train, you won’t perform. If you don’t follow a system, your business won’t grow.

📈 “You can’t skip the work and expect to run 26 miles—or build a real estate career that lasts.”

🔥 Agents: Are you winging it, or do you have a training plan for your business?
