Did a lot of competing over the past few weekends some highs and some lows. Learn and move on. 10/10 MOW is next. Also I will continue to say this @the_path_submission_series is so unbelievably well organized well planned out. One of the best organizations to compete with.

Keep at it no matter what. No matter how bad things got. No matter how many people lose faith in you or tell what you’re doing it’s stupid, prove them wrong and do it for you. And always love the people around you who are supporting you. #BJJ #jiujitsu #mentalhealth

Last night was one for the books @only_fights_federation. The promotion put on a first-class event.

Proud of the way the Encoded MMA family represented all night long. More importantly, we made memories that will last a lifetime.

One of the best parts of the evening was reconnecting with teammates from both the past and the present. Whether we still train together every day or our paths have gone in different directions, the bond forged through martial arts never fades. The respect, the friendships, and the love are always there when we see each other again.

Congratulations to everyone who stepped into the cage and represented themselves with courage and heart. Looking forward to the next one. 🥊🥋💪 #martialartsfamily @encodedmma @galaxy_grappling

A strong start for Team USA at the Pan American Sambo Championships! 🇺🇸🥋

On Day 1, our team brought home 4 Gold 🥇, 3 Silver 🥈, and 2 Bronze 🥉 medals. A solid performance that reflects the hard work, dedication, and fighting spirit of every athlete and coach.

Proud to represent the United States on the continental stage. One more day to go—let’s stay focused and finish strong! 💪🇺🇸
