For Gali Kasher, freedom is something she is building a business around.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Equity Insurance Partners, an independent life insurance and annuity brokerage, Kasher operates at the intersection of entrepreneurship, wealth protection, and long-term financial sovereignty.

Most people think great content starts with a building.

It doesn’t.

It starts with a team that knows how to create the experience anywhere.

A few years ago, I had never even touched a camera.

Today, we can load tens of thousands of dollars in production equipment into a car, walk into nearly any space, transform it into a professional podcast studio, and have it ready to record within a few hours.

That’s exactly what we did for this production at @patrickbetdavid compound.

While most of our productions happen here at The Move, every now and then the right opportunity takes us outside the studio.

This was one of them.

For me, this wasn’t about the location.

It was about the responsibility.

When someone who has built one of the largest media companies in the world trusts you to deliver a production at this level, every detail matters.

The lighting.
The audio.
The camera angles.
The workflow.
The experience.

It all matters.

I was deeply moved listening to @gali_kash speak about her father.

You can hear, in just a few sentences, what it feels like to grow up knowing you are loved, respected, protected, and valued. That becomes the standard. Not because someone taught it with words, but because it was lived every single day.

As I listened, I found myself thinking about my daughter, Athena.

I thought about how I speak to her.
How I speak to Christine.
How I treat myself when no one is watching.
How I respond when I’m tired, frustrated, or under pressure.

Children are always learning from us. They don’t just absorb what we say. They absorb who we are.

My hope is that Athena grows up expecting kindness, patience, honesty, and respect because that’s what she experienced at home.

My hope is that every little girl grows up knowing she never has to settle for being treated poorly.

My hope is that every little boy grows up learning that strength and tenderness belong together.

And my hope is that every woman, whether she grew up in a beautiful home or a painful one, comes to know that she is worthy of being loved with care, consistency, and respect.
