Stuffed artichokes in lemon, turmeric & honey sauce 🍋✨
Bright, golden, and deeply comforting — where citrus meets warmth and a touch of sweetness.

A dish that tastes like sunshine with every bite.

Ingredients
500g lamb or beef mince
1 bunch of fresh herbs of choice
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
salt and pepper to season
1 egg
2/3 tbsp semolina

1 pack of @galilcargoltd frozen artichokes

for the sauce
1 pinch of saffron bloomed in a cup of hot water
the juice of 1-2 lemons
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp turmeric
1 cup of chicken stock - if needbe

Mix all the meatball ingredients together and roll into balls
stuff into the cavity of the artichokes and place into a dish
mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour all over the stuffed artichokes
cook at 185 for an hour, until they are soft
Serve over rice or cous cous
enjoy! x
