Celebrating an AMAZING Future Leaders in Action Fellow!

For the past 12 weeks, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Galilea who brought so much energy, creativity, and dedication to Al Éxito. 💛

She played a huge role in helping us deliver Al Éxito University, and we truly could not have asked for a better person to have on our team. From planning and problem-solving to working directly with our students and staff, she showed up with enthusiasm and a willingness to jump in wherever she was needed.

Our students loved her, our team loved working with her, and we are so grateful for everything she contributed during her time with us! 🫶🏽

Thank you Galilea for being part of the Al Éxito family and for helping make AÉU such a special experience. We’re excited to see all the amazing things you accomplish next as president of Al Éxito Collegiate at Iowa State University!

And just like that…12 weeks flew by. 🥹

Today, we officially close out the 2026 FLIA Summer Fellowship and celebrate our newest group of FLIA alumni!

This summer was filled with new experiences, big ideas, meaningful connections, moments of growth, and plenty of opportunities to step outside of comfort zones. Our fellows brought their own perspectives, talents, and energy to their partner organizations, and we are so proud of the way they showed up for their work, their communities, and one another.

Fellows, we hope you leave this summer knowing just how much you are capable of. Take everything you learned, the relationships you built, and the confidence you gained with you into whatever comes next.

Thank you for letting us be a small part of your journey.

You came in as fellows, and today you leave as FLIA alumni.

Congratulations, Summer 2026 cohort!! We’ll be cheering you on from here.
