What a day!
Such a beautiful practice and energy!
I’m so proud of stepping out of my comfort zone and teaching my first yoga in the park today!
Even the weather was perfect!
A sense of connection and community!
The fresh air, natural surroundings, and sense of freedom that comes with practicing yoga in nature enhanced our overall experience.

I’m full of joy and gratitude for the opportunity to share my yoga practice, some mindfulness and a sound bath in a beautiful outdoor setting.
It was such a magical experience! I’m inspired and motivated to do it again ✨✨✨
Full of gratitude!
Smile and the world smiles with you!
