A colorful and playful selection of modern works on view at PAN 2026! Every year, PAN offers a glimpse of what’s happening across the world of art and design.

At @themillenhouse , a gallery bringing together modern and contemporary art and collectible design, ‘ORPHEUS: A Domestic Landscape’ explores the relationship between art, furniture and the spaces we live in. Joe Sterck’s Phoenix Cabinet — made from reclaimed wood and wrapped in bleached paper — captures this idea.

At @heejsteck Nadie Borggreve moves between textile and painting, transforming discarded garments and vintage textiles into new forms and meanings. In Are You Shivering?, textile becomes both subject and material.

Dom’Arte takes another perspective on time, with a strong focus on painting and established and mid-career artists whose practices continue to evolve. At PAN, the gallery brings works by Marc Mulders, Armando, Ronald Zuurmond, Reinoud van Vught and Sabine Lintzen.

At @smithdavidsongallery , meet what is probably PAN’s youngest artist this year: eleven-year-old Alf Bärbel Wit Peters, who builds abstract compositions through colour, movement and rhythm. Following his gallery debut earlier this year, his work has already entered private collections from Amsterdam to New York.

And at @gallery_untitled , known for its playful, interdisciplinary approach to contemporary art and design, the everyday gets a twist with Michela Castagnaro’s This is not an ashtray — a ceramic object that is not quite what it first appears to be.

Different generations, materials and ideas — discover the most iconic works of art and design at PAN Amsterdam 2026.
