A jam packed few days at the Painting the West Artist Retreat in Cokeville, Wyoming. Big thanks go @chadpoppleton and Charles Dayton @wyoartist for all their efforts in putting this together. The humble generosity of the presenters, speakers, models and attending artists made this a special event. Thanks to @scottjonesfineart for his contributions ( and stories ) as well. Great to see old friends, make a few new ones. See you all down the trail.

🔴The demo I did at my gallery sold to wonderful new collectors. I’m so thankful when someone falls in love with a painting. I’ve been blessed to have sold quite a few paintings this summer, always blown away by the support of friends and art collectors who make it possible for artists like me to keep creating like I’m able to.

Life has been pretty busy lately with summer time, animals, kids, gallery things, commissions, getting ready for shows and all the sweet stuff. I sure am thankful for you all! Hope everyone is enjoying these warm months❤️

🎨 Downtown Pagosa Springs is becoming one big art gallery for one evening only!

Join us Friday, June 26, from 4–7 PM for the inaugural Main Street Art Walk. Meet local artists, explore downtown businesses, discover unique artwork, and enjoy special activities throughout the district.

Stop by the Mid-Main Activity Hub at Picasso & Vino to pick up your Art Walk map, enter prize drawings, and join the fun.

And thanks to Pagosa Zip Trips, complimentary pedicab rides will be available throughout the event, making it easy to explore from one end of the Art Walk to the other.

Support local artists. Support local businesses. Experience downtown in a whole new way.

Painting a river scene…on the river 💙 Decided to take this guy outside into some natural light and to stare at some real rocks while I finished them. This elk was captured 📷 by the talented @ascwildlife , thanks for letting me use him as a reference!

I’m very excited to be showing my work with @gallerysummer_ in Pagosa Springs Colorado! I’ve just sent a good bunch of bronzes and also some paintings down the road to Summer’s beautiful gallery. Swipe ➡️ to see just a few of them. Be sure to check it out if you’re in the area, or here on the gram! Thanks again Summer!
