The part of the project you don’t always get to see. A few frames from our Spanish-style project in Mar Vista as it makes its way toward the finish line.

Sunday plans? Come see what we’ve been up to. 🤍 @stevenmarin.re is hosting an open house today at Kings, one of our latest projects at HWA. If you’d love to walk the property, see the details in person, come say hi,or reach out to me!

A little love for the creatives who helped bring the final layer to life: @galocastr0 for lending us his incredible artwork (and yes, the pieces are for sale 👀), @decorjois Sylvia for bringing in some seriously cool furniture, @_plantboutique for staying open late because apparently plants are a construction emergency 😂🌿, and @katerizapp at @honorthegift for filling our closets with the latest collection and making sure even the wardrobe understood the assignment.

So proud of this one and even more grateful for everyone who left a little piece of their creativity in it. 🤍 Kings is open today—come walk it with us! @hwaconstruction

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this weekend’s launch at Kings. We’re incredibly proud of our #HWAConstruction family and every hand that helped bring Kings to life.

After much anticipation, 420 N Kings Rd is officially on the market!

Here’s a sneak peek inside. Let us know your favorite part of the house below👇

420 N Kings Rd is a European Spanish residence in Beverly Grove, Los Angeles, featuring 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, custom millwork and cabinetry, hand-finished details, sculptural stainless steel, a wine cellar, pool and spa, and one-of-one design elements throughout.
