PUBLISHED | C’EST BEAU CHEZ TOI | CENTRE PRESSE AVEYRON
The article covers my journey from Paris to San Francisco via Montrozier. My work in photography art directing and styling, sourcing antiques across France, Europe and Morocco, and my current home styling business.
It captures how I blend Parisian chic with my Aveyron roots and love for travel.
Thanks to journalist Emmanuel Pons from l’Aveyronnais and photographer Cindy Chesney.

This year I set a goal to do one workshop per month (either in-person or virtual) to get more comfortable with my material, learn how to best share it and overcome my fears of being vulnerable in groups. We’re now 5 in for the year and each time they’re getting better and easier! ⁣
⁣
Last Sunday afternoon, I hosted a Human Design workshop at the beautiful @studio___313 in collaboration with the @galsguild network. This one especially tickled my fancy because I’m obsessed with Human Design, so much so that it’s the foundation of my coaching practice. Plus the bright and airy studio space naturally set the tone for all the good vibes to flow!⁣
⁣
After being an entrepreneur for the past decade and guiding so many others on the journey too, I’ve come to realize that there’s no one way to build a biz or operate in this world! ⁣
⁣
We all have a unique set of gifts and superpowers that when we live in alignment with them our purposes open up to us. Human Design has been like a vision holder for how to become my most authentic self. Whenever I’m feeling stuck, scared to try something new or doubting myself I turn to my chart to feel inspired and supported. It’s helped me to understand the unique value I bring to the world (and believe in it too). ⁣My number one energetic gift is to shift energy wherever I go and with whatever I do.
⁣
I’m so grateful for the 11 open minded women, (some clients, some old friends and some now new friends) who showed up with their birth charts ready to deepen their self worth. I think to know yourself is to love yourself. ⁣
⁣
We went through all of the different elements of the system and then broke out into groups by the 5 main energy types to discuss our experiences being that particular essence. We ended with an exercise to help make the insights practical. ⁣
⁣
The day was full of authentic connection and reminded me how passionate I am about sharing information, tools, resources and networks with each other! Here’s to many more workshops, podcasts and speaking gigs to come. Maybe even a retreat someday too! If you’re ever interested in collaborating, DM me. Together, we expand possibilities 👯‍♀️

It was so nice having @jillian.bremer in the studio this past weekend hosting a workshop on Human Design. It was very thought-provoking, informative, and a lot of fun with this great group of women. In addition to helping you understand your Human Design blueprint, Jillian is a business coach and a vintage shop owner. Follow her to stay updated on all she has to offer. Thank you, @galsguild, for supporting this workshop and for bringing people together to make these connections.
