It was a full weekend but grateful for these three jumping in and embracing the challenge. @aspect_strength_ @crossfithogback

Posted @withregram • @crossfithogback Our community was hit really hard with the loss of a very great friend, an awesome person, a phenomenal coach, and a solid athlete.

We always hear stories about people who make an impact on everyone they meet...and Billy "Taz" Sullivan was one of those types. He would always make people laugh, smile, feel better and challenge them to be better.

Taz EMBRACED the CHALLENGE every single day he woke up. He lived more lives in a day than most do in months or years. He never passed up a moment to listen to others and make sure they were doing good.

Everyone who knew him will agree that he was the genuine deal; a true hero to many people; the best friend anyone could ask for.

We will be honoring Taz at our gym on Saturday July 3rd. We will be starting around 5pm and will be honoring him the way he would want - friends together, doing work. Depending on how many will be doing the workout, we may need to do heats.

Everyone is invited to join us or just come and honor Billy "Taz" by sharing stories and hanging out - help push those who are working out. We hope to see as many as possible there.

Put a ring on it 💍

High school basketball, thank you for the family you have put me in. Teammates that are like brothers to me, and coaches that are like fathers to me. An unbreakable bond that will last a lifetime.

Through blood sweat and tears all the way back in elementary school, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end it. For Jebron to coach the great young men he has molded us into, our gratitude and love could not be greater than what you have done.

I thank the game of hoops, for I will miss you

Truly Blessed to have spent my season with this group of guys. It’s been a long ride with basketball, glad to have ended it off with another trophy. Thank you to the our supporters and to the community.❤️
