Medal Monday 🥇

Bill Bone Tropical Triathlon was just a beautiful 5k due to extreme weather conditions (28+ mph) winds didn't stop the fun run and all our wonderful smiles💪🎉🎉🎉
Thanks to all the volunteers, cyclists, Zooters, photographers and people who made this event always and forever the best in South Florida.👏👏👏👏

First triathlon is done. They cancelled the swim unfortunately due to coast guard being called to the gulf for a hurricane.

2hr 6min, I’m guessing my swim would have taken ~20-30minutes. My goal was sub 3hr, I think I would have gotten it.
17th Overall
2nd of 5 in my age group 30-34

Anyways, I’m busy building something with the woman of my dreams. Nothing better than turning a corner and having her walk out an alley asking for a ride. Best surprise of my life.
Continually grateful to be in the life I’m living now.

I have to sit here and realize that this running 🏃🏾‍♀️ thing has become something serious!!!!! I finally got my award for coming in 3rd place 🥉on my first ever #HalfMarathon 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 I think I will keep running!!! I’m out here pushing myself to new limits!!! LETS GO!!!!! Next race tomorrow…. I’d say it’s the pup for the win! The real highlight of the day was meeting such inspiring athletes who show up, rise, and shine every day to overcome life’s challenges. Truly honored to share the finish line with these incredible individuals. Thank you Game On! for hosting these events, appreciate you bringing our community together.

Super super happy! For 🥈overall in the male division 🔥 🙌 and was stoked to be 🥉 overall!
I had a goal for this race and that was to pr thankfully! I did in fact pr by about 44 seconds 01:05:11 almost hitting my other goal of going under 01:05:00 😅 I definitely have that next race no doubt! 👏 but this race was definitely tough I honestly thought the headwinds were terrible and exhausting. But we managed to pull through with some strict paces 🔥

1 mile run: 6:09
T1: 00:45
Bike: 34:07 at 21.9 mph
T2: 01:11
5k run: 22:59 at 7:23 min/mile

thank you so much!! @getsaltysyrup for keeping me absolutely DIALED 🫡 today was high efforts so the packets were absolutely crucial! 🔥

And as well as a big thanks to @getsalted_ for being the best electrolyte in the game!! ⚡️

And a big thank you to @gameonraceevents for always putting on an amazing event! 🙌

I was pretty stoked at this event and was so happy to get another podium finish with a new pr!

FIRST EVER OVERALL PODIUM!!!🥉3rd overall woman and 1st in my age group for the Sprint Triathlon🥇 So freaking happy with this one!! Huge thank you to @jade.webby for asking me to try a Tri🥹🤍
