WHY GREAT COACHES MATTER.

At D1 Training Aurora, coaching is about more than just training. It’s about building relationships, believing in our athletes, and helping each person become the best version of themselves.

We care about your goals, your progress, and the person you are becoming along the way. We’re here to push you when you need it, encourage you when things get tough, celebrate your wins, and remind you of what you’re capable of when you don’t see it yourself!! #TrainD1fferent #D1Aurora #GreatCoaches #AllAthletes

1% better every day. 💯

From the outside, it’s easy to doubt what you don’t see.

We’ll keep stacking reps, staying consistent, and letting the work do the talking.

The results will handle the rest. 👊

Class of 2029 cornerback/athlete Daniel Smith of VASJ is putting in the work to separate himself. Every rep is focused on building the traits of an elite defensive back explosive footwork, fluid hips, quick breaks, and relentless effort. The foundation for a lockdown defender is built long before Friday nights.
