🇺🇸🇬🇧This one is special.
Matty started 5 years ago when our kids program was in its infancy. He picked up a passion for Jiu Jitsu together with his dad and younger brother.
We’ve seen him grow into a well-mannered, dependable adolescent a great training partner and role model for the younger kids.
After his dad he too became a kids-coach after joining the adult classes.
Now he turned sixteen, still a great training partner, informal captain of the juveniles and finally received his bluebelt.
We are really proud of you kid. Keep on that trajectory and there are amazing things ahead!

12-hour flight. Jet-lagged. Barely knew what day it was.

Naturally, we went straight to jiu-jitsu lol

Thanks @nicobrawletta for putting this together, and Sven + @rafaelpfoe for the session.

Ich schreibe hier selten Persönliches. Aber die letzten Jahre waren intensiv.
Manche nennen es Midlife-Crisis. Bei mir sieht das so aus:

• Bachelor abgeschlossen
• Ein paar Laster abgelegt
• Purple Belt in BJJ bekommen

It was a pleasure to bring @gdsouders to cologne and to provide everyone with this high level coaching!
What a great experience to work with this source of knowledge live.

Thanks to everyone who came out last night and I hope you liked it as much as I did!

Thanks again to @gametheory_jiujitsu for collaborating with us @hiltibjjkoeln and for opening your doors and helping out with the mat space.
