We are incredibly proud to congratulate Bryn Evans on his appointment as Set Piece Resource Coach (Lineouts) for the All Blacks. This is an outstanding achievement and a thoroughly deserved opportunity for one of our own.

Bryn started his rugby journey here at Havelock North Rugby Club as a junior and went on to play 93 Premier games for the club.

We send our aroha and best wishes to Bryn and his whānau as he steps into this prestigious role.

Zimbabwe recently took out the Africa Cup for 2024, Springboks not involved. And with the like of Ian Prior representing them and talks of Kyle Godwin + Gareth Evan’s potentially debuting, could we see another powerhouse come out of Africa?
