✨ What an incredible weekend it’s been! 🎂 For the third year running, our special group of friends and I gathered to celebrate not just one, but two amazing birthdays - my husband’s and our dear friend Jessica’s 31st! 🥳 Each year just gets better and better, and this one was no exception!

Kicked off the festivities by surprising my hubby with a visit from our friend Arianna Venti all the way from California! 🌴

Then, the icing on the cake - his sister Sami Millet joined us for our weekend lake getaway!

It was a weekend filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories.

💖 Feeling incredibly grateful for the abundance of wonderful people in our lives. Here’s to many more celebrations together!

I taught for 17 years without stopping. Then along came a global pandemic. I faltered. I struggled to lead. I didn’t have the energetic space to teach public classes, because the logistics of running a small business combined with my personal pandemic life took all of my resources, and then some. I have more to share about the journey of 2020 & the souls who held me up but right now let’s forward to the good news.👇🏽

After 16 long months, I honestly wasn’t sure when, if ever (so many studios didn’t survive), I would write those words again. Goddess, it feels good.

New space, new hair, new focus. I seriously cannot wait to hug you. I will probably cry. Let’s just all lie down in Savasana and cuddle and cry! Sound good?
