𝕝𝕖𝕒𝕟 𝕚𝕟, 𝕪𝕠𝕦’𝕣𝕖 𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕧𝕖! ✨ this weekend magic was created. we stretched, we hiked, we released, we connected, we experienced ceremonial cacao, we planted seeds, we laughed & we even had a birthday celebration with a mini piñata 🥳

sending big big love to each and every soul that was a part of Harmonize & Rise numero uno! your vulnerability and ability to lean into each offering, conversation and experience is beyond inspiring and truly made this retreat special.

a huge shoutout to @garrinking for slaying it in the kitchen & providing our bodies with the high vibe nourishment we needed to power our soul work journeys. we love you Garrin!

gracias to Melissa, @_samadhisoul_ , for her class offerings and providing constant giggles.

something amazing happens when you surrender & lean in 🤍

Has anyone ever heard that saying “joy in the journey.”?! That’s the first thing that pops in my head when I look at this beautifully chaotic photo. We were able to capture this chapter of our lives and it’s absolutely priceless to me! My brother had just moved back to AZ and was living with us for a while. After our family photo shoot (this day) I herded everyone to the “square” before they scattered off to different places, and this is a frozen moment in time that proves there is indeed joy, laughter, TONS of messes and humor in the JOURNEY!
.
.
Share a memory with us in the comments below that makes all the mess and chaos worth it for you!🤍

How time flies!

It was 2 yrs ago that we threw a party in the streets and around 50 amazing humans came to dance!

Epic day!

Utah has the largest saltwater lake in America, the largest natural lake west of the Mississippi, two of the top twenty biggest reservoirs in America, and countless other waters. It's no surprise I grew up with an affinity for fishing. But I've always wondered why the ocean calls to me... Until you remember that once all this red rock was the bottom of an ancient sea. The corals, fossils, and petrified waves start showing themselves.
When you remember that this clifftop ridgeline is an ancient reef it all comes together... -
Headed to the desert for a week
Happy 420 to all the burners,
Happy earth day to all the hippies, and happy Easter to everyone else!!!!
Have a good one!
