Happy 15th birthday! Thanks for letting me host this modest shindig. I couldn't be more proud of the man you've become and love you, so. Now, let's keep it down to a dull roar 🤣 Love you, bud! Xoxoxo @garyderv

It’s always a crazy fun weekend when my bestie Kim and family are in town!❤️ It was so amazing hanging with our US CrossFit crew, and I know our girl Nancy would have been stoked to see us all together! We miss her tons! Thank you Gary, Bork, BMill, BWilson, Rod, Captain, Jill, Jackie, Mel, Will, and countless other friends who made this past weekend so special.😍 Let’s hang out more often! Big thank you to Dave & Katie for the awesome Super Bowl party too! Can’t wait till next year!🏈

Amazing evening for Kalani & friends at the SDA Winter Formal.❤️🤩 We started the evening off with a delicious dinner with Nico, Sawyer & Gavin & parents at the Forte’s, and then pics with Brady & G at Gary’s place! Sooo happy Brady could join the boys for the SDA dance! So great having him, Kim & Vivi in town!😍

We celebrated you in true Nancy style today with a paddle out and beach party, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect day. I still can’t believe your gone, such a beautiful, vibrant, sassy, sharp, deep, loyal soul who was taken from us too soon.❤️ You were the most amazing friend to so many, and you were REAL. A true friend, someone who would challenge me, one of the few that could make me laugh at myself, and someone who would really listen and could look into your soul. You never judged, and you always made us see the best in others. The most amazing part of the day was that we saw you everywhere. In the reflections in the water, your children’s faces, your sister Holly’s profile, the flowers, the Surf Naked hats, and that laugh. I can still hear your laugh, and it’s the most beautiful sound. Thank you for all the great memories my dear friend.❤️ I know you will always be with me, with all of us.😇⭐️💫✨#nancyforever #ourangel #paddleout #celebrationoflife #friendsforever

I’m posting this only for a reminder that @nancywink would want it this way. I have had the privilege to know this woman in my life and though her life was taken too soon. There are life lessons that she has passed onto me: live life without judgement of yourself or others; explore the world; and listen to others and your environment. I miss you so Nancy and here’s to you for your life well lived.
