A key figure in the UK Grime scene. Manga Saint Hilare is an independent British artist and two-time @moboawards award nominee. His musical history is well-documented. He played a part in Grime’s development as a member of the pioneering crew Roll Deep, a group with which he earned 2 UK No.1 hits. Since going solo, Manga has unapologetically developed his artistic style as an MC. Growth and introspection are common themes in his thought-provoking lyrics. He’s a storyteller. Also, we are excited to announce that manga will be supported by Scottish rap legend @gasp_glasgow! The first-ever local rapper to hit 1 million streams on Spotify he’s a true legend of the scene inspiring a generation – pushing Scottish rap to the next level. A true wordsmith with impeccable flow and delivery – GASP expertly describes what it’s like to grow up in Glasgow We have warm-up sets from: @paqueofficial, @redkingonline, @asksupermann & our final slot will be decided with a freestyle competition! (more info coming soon) We’re expecting a busy one so get your tickets asap. - - - - - #hiphop #rap #scotland #music #representation #trap #rnb #live #gig #livemusic #glasgow #edinburgh #hiphopscotland #scottishrap #underground #scottishhiphop #scottishhiphopscene #uk #rap

💥About Us! 💥Chicken Skoop Freshly Baked Waffle Cones & Buttermilk Fried Chicken Launched on April 1st 2021 Chicken Skoop celebrates Hip Hop Culture & 90's Culture through it's food and brand. We aim to incourage originality, individualality and positivity through our product. In Hip Hop, the 90's was a time when you had no choice but to be original if you wanted to stand out. You had to have your own style and imitation was just not acceptable. Chicken and Waffles was first popularised in the 1930s by Jazz musicians in Harlem, New York as a combination of breakfast and dinner as they left the bars in the early morning as the sun was rising.    Chicken Skoop aims to be Hip Hop's equivalent of this in 2024! Although we are a fairly new company we have moved at a fast pace, starting our pop up at @thewalrusleith in Leith before quickly becoming a regular at @thepittmarket as well as securing a spots in the @edfringe Multi Story and @hiddendoorarts Festival. We were also Finalists at this years @scottishstreetfoodawards .  We have created a great buzz throughout the city of #edinburgh and beyond with many people dieing to try our Fried Chicken and Freshly Baked Cones.   At Chicken Skoop our food is just as FRESH as our style.   All of our product is made in house by our team of skilled chefs.  All of our sauces are home made as well as our Waffle Cones and Chicken,  produced with our Special Skoop Recipe!! 💥We've got lots of exciting stuff in the works! Keep an eye on our page @chicken_skoop_ for announcements and events! Massive thanks from the Chicken Skoop Team to everyone who has supported us on our journey so far! #ChickenSkoop #fortheculture 🐥🍦🔥🔥🍦🐥 Photo Credits @0405photography @gasp_glasgow #streetfood #scottishstreetfoodawards #edinburghfoodie #edinburghbloggers #edinburghlive #edinburgh #friedchicken #wafflecones #waffles #hiphop #90s #rnb #scotsmanfoodanddrink #chickenskoop #chickenandwaffles #edinburghscotland #harlem #jazz #freshlybaked #foodstagram #fortheculture #thewalrus #thepittmarket #hiddendoor #edfringe #newbusiness #smallbusiness #newyorkcity #nycstreetart

Guess whos back🤔 Easing in to it with some tunes and chat, bit rusty on the old recording, well seen getting auld🤦🏻‍♀️ Anyhoo tune in to @SunnyGRadio at 6pm for some 🔥 I'd taken a wee break cause well thought could do eveything I've been doing as well as working full time, turns out ah can't 🙄 Anyway #homegrownalwaysbest has been a MASSIVE part my life both before and in recovery, it gave me purpose, if gave me confidence, it gave me connection, it gave me so much and I never want to forget that. I'll probably not be able to make it out as much as things open back up but I'll always support the tunes I like, whether that be through @makingrecoveryvisible on Sunny G on @freedup_events where it works but life moves on and as much as I've gotten from doing this it's a time of change and evolution, who knows what the future holds, would be no fun if we did. Wishing Everyone all of the best, happiness and success in all you do🙏🏼✌🏼🖤 Thanks to #sunnygovancommunityradio and show sponsor @maxkolberecovery #recoveringtogether #recoverythroughmovement #hiphop #scottishhiphop #scottishmusicscene #indie #MakingRecoveryVisible #recovery #musicheals #musicmatters #creativeconnections #communityradio
