As always, last night’s offerings at PSP were exceptional. The vegetables were flawlessly prepared, and the proteins were outstanding. And there’s a new standout dish! I can best describe it as an elevated congee—king crab paired with XO sauce and broken rice. The broken rice, with its delicate, softer texture, absorbs the flavours beautifully, allowing the rich crab essence to shine through, making this dish absolutely mouthwatering delicious.

But for last nights meal, the bread and butter took centre stage. Reimagined with impeccable precision and artistry…both elements are elevated to an exceptional standard. The bread is expertly crafted making each bite a testament to the care and skill of the kitchen. Accompanying this is a trio of carefully curated flavoured butters, adding a layer of depth and nuance to the experience. This approach draws from the esteemed culinary traditions of France, where bread is not merely an accompaniment but a revered cornerstone of the meal, treated with the utmost respect and artistry✨✨✨
