I’m absolutely grateful for the 12th man program and everyone who participated. @farmingtonyouthfootball & @herrimanuteconferencefootball both cheered and did their parts to make it possible for my daughter to participate. She wasn’t supposed to walk or talk. She’s defied all odds and now so many amazing kids are coming together to create such a special moment. Thank you everyone 🙏🏻 #Utah #youthfootball #inclusion #reeloftheday #herrimanutah

Service has a way of bringing people together.💛

We loved seeing the power of connection, collaboration, and a shared desire to make a difference at the 100 Women of Hope Summer Soirée. It was a reminder that when people come together with a common purpose, lives are changed—including our own.

At Live Your Dream, that's what we're all about: building a community where hope grows through serving others.

How do you give back in your community? Share below—we'd love to hear what inspires you.💚

Big projects announced at our summer soiree for 100 Women of Hope! First, Heidi Totten explained her new initiative to take 100 Women of Hope to a national level and that our Salt Lake group would be the founding face and voice for the 50 chapters to follow! Everyone's Vision was expanded and we realized we had been seeing just the tip of the iceberg of our possibilities for service.

Next, Pualie and I explained about a new local project and invited our group to be a part of it. We are assembling 67 house welcoming kits for the new apartments that will be opening in October as part of the First Step organization! It is a huge project and we will need many hands on deck and lots of companies to step up with donations of products but we have no doubt that we can accomplish this wonderful gift to people starting their first step to Healing.

If you were looking for a group where connection to each other is the first gift we receive, and a group of women that you may have nothing in common with but only the desire to serve, this may be just the group for you. The link to join is in my bio and I would love any questions you may have about our vision of Oneness.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing it is to find and be a part of a group of women who lift each other up in so many different ways. Thanks @bestiesquadhq for existing and throwing an epic birthday bash! And to @heydanidavis for having the vision and drive to create such a space. #besties #inthewild #womensupportingwomen #mentalhealth

Pajamas, potluck, and powerful women: my kind of night!! ✨🩷

I hosted the Sunshine Community Networking Group PJ Party and this was the perfect reminder that connection doesn’t always have to be formal to be meaningful.

Good food, real conversations, laughter, and a room full of women cheering each other on—this is how community is built.

We celebrated accomplishments, shared goals, and reminded each other that success feels even better when it’s shared.

Sometimes the best networking happens in pajamas with a plate of food and people who genuinely want to see you win.

That’s the kind of sunshine I want more of. ☀️

A room full of women.
A candle for every goal reached.
A reminder that progress deserves celebration. 👏

Tonight with the Sunshine Community Networking Group, we paused to honor what we’ve accomplished so far within the last 352 days—big wins, quiet victories, personal growth, and the goals that shaped us.

One by one, we lit a candle and shared a success.
At the end, we blew them out together—because celebration is sweeter in community.

Mine? Lifting Communities through Health and Wellness, showing up over 130 times!!

Growth looks different for everyone, but every step forward matters.

Here’s to celebrating progress, not just perfection. 🤍
