It’s Mental Health Awareness Month 🌿✨

Show yourself some love this week by getting outside, moving your body, and pouring back into yourself a little.

This week’s free wellness events in LA include fitness classes, wellness symposiums, health fairs, and resource events all focused on feeling good inside and out.

Sometimes taking care of your mental health looks like community, movement, fresh air, and trying something new 🤍

Save this, send it to your wellness bestie, and check the links in bio for all the details 💫

Like, comment, share, and follow for more free wellness events in LA 👀
