Completed my second half marathon and got a PR!! PR’d by 25 minutes from my last. Getting to do this with my co workers and pushing each other to get uncomfortable was such an amazing experience and I am glad to have these people in my corner. Everyday you have the choice to take the easy route or get uncomfortable. I challenge you to get uncomfortable. #iam1stphorm #1stphorm #duespaid #wedothework #legionofboom #halfmarathon #pr

You know what I love about running? …. Nothing, there is nothing I love about running. 😅 - Ok well I love that there’s nothing glamorous about it, you grind out the miles and go to war with that voice in your head telling you to quit. - You are out there proving to yourself that you can do hard things. - You learn to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. - You learn to show up for yourself when no one’s watching, when it’s monotonous, when it hurts, when the excuses in your head get loud. - The magic is I t trains you to keep going when you want to quit, to trust that one step after another will get you somewhere better, even when you can’t see the finish line. It teaches you that progress lives on the other side of discomfort. - When you run, you practice resilience. You practice grit. You practice telling your doubts to shut up while you keep moving forward. - The more you do it, the more you realize if you can conquer the voice that tells you to quit, you can conquer it when you’re chasing your goals, fighting for your dreams, or pushing through any hard thing life throws at you. - So no I don’t love running, BUT I love what it teaches me. - If you want to grow, stop searching for what feels good and start searching for what challenges you. Embrace the suck. Get uncomfortable. Do the hard thing. And watch who you become when you don’t quit.

SS2025— We are just different @1stphorm. There’s something hard to explain but deeply felt about being surrounded by people with powerful stories, all committed to getting better one day at a time. That day one mentality is the foundation of this company, and it’s what will carry us forward as we grow into an iconic American brand. Built on something simple but rare: Just do the right thing. Truly honored to be in the presence of such great human hearts. 🙏

Saying Summer Smash 2025 was a blast would be a HUGE understatement! It’s truly incredible and special to witness in person. It’s my 4th one so far and it never ceases to amaze me. The community, the people, the vibes, the set up, the party, I mean literally everything. I’m beyond grateful for all the people who make this possible and make this special. Here’s just a few pictures/videos that I got! Until next time @1stphorm and STL! ✌🏼 #1psummersmash

This was my fourth 1st Phorm Summer Smash and I can confidently say my experience has gotten better each year. This weekend I really leaned in and approached pretty much anyone under the sun 😊. The collaborative reels were a great ice breaker and I felt it reflected who I am at my core. Surprisingly, I felt more seen than ever before. Maybe because I’ve spent my life attempting to connect through words when that isn’t my most natural way of communicating. As you watch this video, would you have guessed that most of the people I had never met or spoken to before? No one introduced us, I just ripped off the self conscious bandaid and asked if they wanted to be silly with me. I was told no more than once and that’s ok. I kept going anyway and look at all the amazing new friends I made! My heart is full and I’m welling up with tears as I’m writing this. Abundant gratitude 😊😊. Cheers to facing our fears and growing into our most authentic selves! Will you join me next year?! @snb0928 @brandon_bee_834 @joserobertonavarro @natakotov_ @ericppyle @jrecher17 @tomrecher ————————— Want to be a part of the 1st Phorm Phamily?
