Ready to see what my guy @gavin.lightning is going to do his first year @gctigershoops. ✊🏼

Reactive Strength complex we’ve been using to improve braking and propulsive ability.

1. TB CMJ- Rapid drop, explosive reversal into take off. Using @ovrperformance to keep outputs high - >1.3m/s without drop off each set.

2. Drop Jump- Minimizing amortization time while still trying to get up as high as possible. 11ft touch from a 24” box height.

3. Split Catches - Accepting faster loads at longer length for some braking capacity and coordination (every rep different). From the man @schlesstrength 🤝

As a mother, one of my biggest prayers is that BOTH of my children are surrounded by genuine people with pure intentions.

In a world where too many people chase status, access, money, and opportunity, I pray London and Gavin never lose sight of the value of loyalty, integrity, peace, and real love.

May God protect their hearts, minds, and futures from anyone who sees them as a benefit instead of a blessing.
