Surrounded by people I love ❤️

This isn’t a race
To be in first place
Im here for the chase...

That feeling of bliss

Just because my hand is injured, that doesn’t mean I can’t train.

In the second video, I’ve been working on those raises to help me get more power for the double clap handstand push-up, I highly recommend it.

HEFESTO 🔓🔓 finally got my first one and then did it again just for good measure. Huge Milestone for me in my training, as it’s been several years of training ( not consistently until recently )& 2 injuries while attempting it, but I’m super happy about this one . Thanks for the wrist support @calisthenixproshop 🙏🏽 my hype lady @meg_oco98 for supporting me and cheering me on ❤️💪🏽
