Big milestone moment right here. 🔥

Watching @gavin.oconnell25 grow from a 14 year old kid into an absolute powerhouse has been one of the most rewarding parts of coaching. It hasn't just been about watching the numbers on the bar go up—it’s been watching him develop into a great competitor, an incredible teammate, and an elite athlete who plays a solid 200 ft game with speed and poise.

We’ve racked up a lot of wins together, and seeing him officially commit to @frederickgunn1850 is well deserved. They're getting a dynamic player and an incredible kid.

Go do your thing, man. Enjoy every second of this next chapter—and don't worry, RZ isn't going anywhere. I’ll be right here waiting with 225 loaded on the bench and 412 stacked on the trap bar the second you're back home. 🏋️‍♂️💪
