POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When athletes trust the process Iike Gavin has, success usually follows…..

Gavin Damme’s progress reflects a commitment that extends beyond a single training camp. Over the past year, he has continued to build & his testing results tell that story.

✅ 10-yard dash: 1.99 → 1.88 seconds
✅ Pro agility: 5.17 → 4.56 seconds
✅ Vertical jump: 21.5 → 22.5 inches
✅ Bodyweight: 157 → 184 pounds

27 pounds heavier while sprinting faster, changing direction faster, and jumping higher.

This is why we track performance over time. Testing gives our athletes and families a clear picture of the progress that can be easy to overlook day to day.

Gavin…

We are so proud of your commitment man. The hard work you’ve put in this past year continues to prove itself. Let’s keep getting after it 🦾⚾️

Every part of the session has a purpose: helping athletes develop the physical tools to support their performance on the field or court & decrease risk of injury.

For parents considering training, this is a look at what your athlete can be part of —> a structured performance program similar to a college or pro environment.

The middle of training camp is one of the toughest parts.

The weights are heavier, the speed drills are more advanced, and the energy is just more intense.

This Fall Camp 1 has been one for the record books. With Fall sports in-season athletes, baseball fall-ball players, basketball players preseason training, and development athletes continuing to progress.

We are just VERY proud of this group of kids in this camp.

Let’s continue to get after it and finish camp strong!
