We have a little surprise at the farm gym!

A sweet cat we've named Mew showed up one day, and soon after, we realized she was pregnant.

Mew and her kittens are wonderful but due to allergies we simply can't keep them! They all need a trip to the vet to stay healthy and find loving homes. Mew is a super affectionate cat, and we know she'll make a great pet, along with her adorable kittens.

It would mean the world to us if you could help make sure Mew and her kittens get the care they need.

Any funds in excess of what's needed for their medical care will be donated to SavingSageRescue.org a local ethical animal rescue who will also be responsible for their medical needs. @savingsageanimalrescue

Link to the supportnow.org page is in the stories and bio! Thank you all!

@gavinkahnagent Finally hit that lifetime PR 315 LB bench. He put in the sweat equity, ate his carbs, protein, and fats to fuel for performance, took his creatine, and this is the result.

@advancedmusclemechanics Launch Pad and @surplusstrength ARC Rack were a huge part of our training for safely and effectively scaling his training to maintain strong, healthier than ever shoulders throughout this program.

Huge thanks to @pioneer_fit for the incredible customized weight belt that not only looks amazing but performs impeccably well.

Shout out to @susanschneid for the 2nd camera angle!

This is how you Start Fast, Finish Strong, and Live Kinetically! Now, onto to the next goal!

Just finished dialing in a custom belt using the @pioneer_fit Custom Lever Belt and I’ve got to say… this thing is a dream for strength athletes who actually care about their gear.

You can literally design the belt exactly how you want it. Colors, stitching, logos, lever setup, everything. Whether you’re a powerlifter, strongman, or just someone who likes training with equipment that actually lasts, these belts are built like tanks.

The leather is legit, the lever system is rock solid, and the ability to customize it means you’re not stuck with the same generic belt everyone else has in the gym.

If you’re serious about lifting, it’s worth taking a few minutes to play around with the customizer and build your own.

Follow @pioneer_belts @pioneer_fit to see their builds and athlete setups.

Then head over to their website and design your own belt: Pioneerfit.com

Trust me… once you build one you’ll start thinking about the next design before the first one even ships.
