First ever classical Pilates class and I couldn’t have picked a better place than @theteasepilates!

Walked in not knowing what to expect and the studio is so cute, the energy is everything and everyone made me feel so welcomed and I genuinely left feeling SO strong. I’m 1000% coming back. See you soon, Tease.

The final touches on my garden planting are done, and I'm thrilled! 🎉 This weekend was a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle, and I'm so grateful to have shared it with my little ones. The sunshine and beautiful blooms were the perfect companions 🌺🌻. I had a blast filming this process for you all, and I hope you enjoy watching it! 📺 What's on your spring bucket list? Let me know in the comments! 💬 #GardenLove #SpringFever #QualityTime

Just spent the day gardening and I'm feeling COMPLETELY rejuvenated! 🌞🌿 Spring has finally arrived and my plants are thriving! The weather was pure perfection - warm, sunny, and everything in between. I'm talking endorphins, sweat, and all the good stuff! 😊 My garden is looking amazing come back for the final reveal! ! 📸 #gardeninglife #springvibesonly #gardengoals #smallbusiness #stl #jewelrydesigner #shopstl

There's no feeling quite like coming home from a market and giving my space a spring refresh with gorgeous blooms! 🌼 I'm beyond ready for warmer days, but let's be real... I'm counting down the minutes until summer vibes take over 🌞. Anyone else over this gloomy weather and ready for a serious change of scenery? 🤗 #SpringVibes #SummerVibes #HomeDecor #SpringRefresh
