POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sample of new dishes at @matkim_syd.

- Fresh soy milk with cold-pressed grape juice, herb oil, kaffir lime zest: a refreshing sip to tickle the tastebuds.
- Trevally, gim, rice, garlic chive: great interplay of crunchy, soft, and chewy textures, with layers of umami from the sea.
- Spanner crab, corn, daikon, chilli: inspired by chilli marinated raw crab. A study in the balance of sweet, salty, umami, with bursts of juicy corn and daikon.
- Tomato and Yakult: inspired by @chef.jacob.lee’s mum, who’d have thought yakult would bring out the sweetness of tomatoes so well!
- Mugwort ice cream, ginseng cream, ginger, kaffir lime: a dessert that tied the meal together. Kaffir lime as a common flavour to start and close the meal

Thanks @chef.jacob.lee for this fantastic meal, and for a glimpse into your next menu!

@matkim_syd with @chef.jacob.lee - Celebrating Korean 🇰🇷autumn 🍁🍂🌰 MAGICAL 🌟✨🤩💫⭐️ The story behind each dish Chef Jacob Lee sourced his inspiration from moved me. Not a single dish out of place, carefully prepared and so humble constantly asking for feedback! Chefs of this calibre would be quick to camouflage their little errors here and there, but there was absolutely no error and he still sought feedback - this level of graciousness should not be taken advantage of, but simply appreciated! If he asks for your feedback, be gracious in return. Don’t become a food critic - he’s world-class!

From my second trip to Japan and a wonderful visit to the @yoheifukudashoemaker atelier. MTO suede chukka boot will work well across seasons and continents.

The attention to detail is flawless from the measurements, Last, execution, and even the packaging (handmade box). Beyond the finished product, the chat with Fukuda-san and tour of the atelier made for a memorable afternoon.

Stay tuned for the second pair. What….I’m in Tokyo and only going to get one? That would be insane.

A Tradition I Carry On

"It all started with my brother Stefano and me, sharing a passion for true Florentine artisanship.
Today, I am proud to carry that philosophy forward through my own hands, my experience, and my dedication to the craft.

Independents do not ask for attention and isn’t built to please everyone. That’s exactly the point. I love watches but sometimes it is the friendships around them that make it truly special. 🫶 #fpjourne #langeandheyne #otsukalotec #blacksheep

We love it when our clients come from all over the world to see us at our Bespoke Workshop in the quiet village of Winchfield in Hampshire. Benefit of being just 45 minutes from Heathrow, Gary managed to jump on a flight back home right after.

An Evening with the Legends.

A full house, a wonderful crowd, and one of those nights that felt very special.

Our Penthouse was filled with like-minded friends, good conversation, warm reunions, and plenty of memorable moments as we welcomed Kenji Kaga, Hugo Jacomet, Sonya Glyn and Gary Tok to The Decorum.

Many came with personal copies of Parisian Gentleman and Italian Gentleman for Hugo and Sonya to sign. Others came to spend time, catch up, and enjoy the company of people who care deeply about craft, style, and the culture around it.

Thank you all for making it such a lively evening, and for making our Kenji Kaga trunk show such a busy and happy one too. This is exactly the kind of energy we love most — friends of The Decorum gathering under one roof, and the community in full swing.

More to come in the weeks ahead, and we look forward to welcoming you back.

Hot outside. Good things happening in here.
Singapore style, off the streets and into the Penthouse. Part 3 - A Kenji Kaga, Hugo Jacomet and Sonya Glyn community reunion special edition.

This was very likely our best-attended event yet, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who came by. Familiar faces, new friends, and visitors from near and far all helped make it a particularly memorable evening.

Many came with copies of Parisian Gentleman and Italian Gentleman for Hugo and Sonya to autograph. Others were here to spend time with Kenji Kaga and enjoy the world of ties, scarves, pocket squares and bow ties he brought with him from Tie Your Tie Florence and Seven Fold Firenze.

Our first Kenji Kaga special trunk show continues Sunday. Do pop by before 6pm to meet Kaga-san and place your customisation orders.

Liverano & Liverano returns to The Decorum from 8–10 May 2026, and their time in Singapore is always something we look forward to.

It is never just about placing a commission. It’s more about seeing the Liverano world come to life at the Penthouse through fabrics, fittings, interaction. And the unmistakable spirit that Taka and Gionata bring with them each time.

Should you wish to explore a bespoke commission, or simply spend some time with Taka and Gio while they are here, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Enquiries are most welcome, and appointments are encouraged for those who would like dedicated time with Liverano & Liverano.
