Week 6 at George Brown,
Fresh off the Thanksgiving long weekend, we were back in the kitchen and apparently making up for lost time.

What would normally take two classes had to be wrapped up in one. On the menu? Cocunut Financiers and Reconstituted Gianduja Sable Breton.

A little coconut, a lot of chocolate and hazelnut, and absolutely no time to ease back into the week.

Who needs a gentle return from a long weekend anyway?
