First, I want to thank the Lord for blessing me with a great family and friends, but also for always giving me someone I could turn to when life was good or bad.
Thank you to my friends. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to grow up with and make memories with, but more importantly, for always being there when I needed them. Whether it was to talk about life or coming over to stay with me when I broke my leg to keep me company, simply buying me an energy drink because they knew I hadn’t had that flavor, or giving it to me straight even when I didn’t want to hear it, I thank them for everything and for helping me through my first chapter of life.
Thanks to my family, who supported me through everything and always pushed me to be better and do better as a person. I want to thank a woman who deserves a lot more credit than she gets — my mom, one of the strongest people I know. She was always there for me and was my number one supporter. She always pushed me to be great, try my hardest in life, and do the things I love.
Thanks to all the people who were a part of my first chapter in life — the teachers, the coaches, and the people that I have met along the way.
