Recently from my Camera Roll 📸

End of September Check-In:
- Staying super dialed on intensity sessions using lactate testing
- Enjoying the transition period when the temps drop and the colors start to change!
- Spending some good quality team bonding time with @gbphoenixski
- Ripping it up on the @ariensnordiccenter Rollerski track!

Time to start building more L4 and Race Pace work into the plan! New Vlog this week! Stay tuned for much more content coming very soon! (I’ve been slacking but transitioning back into school!)
