Yesterday didn’t go the way I planned or the way I wanted. My opponent controlled the majority of the match and won by judge’s decision. I was able to display some good defense and most importantly grit and determination. I kept going all the way until the end. At the end of the day I was the real winner. I have an amazing professor and training partner, a ton of people who showed up to cheer me on (yes I heard y’all). Most importantly I ended the day with a date night with my hot ass and unbelievable wife.

🇺🇸Why We’re Hosting This Event 🇺🇸

At BzzD Wellness, our mission has always been bigger than aesthetics.

We believe true wellness is about confidence, strength, healing, and empowering people to live without fear.

That’s why we’re honored to partner with Gracie Barra to host a Women’s ONLY Self-Defense Class on September 11th.

This event isn’t about promoting fear—it’s about building confidence, learning practical skills, and creating a stronger community of women who stand together.

We’re also proud that proceeds from this event will benefit a local organization that supports women rebuilding their lives after domestic violence, helping provide resources, hope, and a fresh start for those who need it most.

Whether you come to learn, support the cause, or stand beside other incredible women in our community, your presence matters.

 Together we empower.
 Together we heal.
 Together we rise.

 Women’s ONLY Self-Defense Class
