Some things just become part of who you are. The gi you train in, the people you grow with, and the shield you represent. 🔺 The new V5 Atleta Gi by Gracie Barra.

Amo todos vocês! ❤️

Had some fun at @ufcbjj_opens Indianapolis in the
185 Ib Expert Division!💪🥋

Unfortunately, my run ended in the quarterfinals.
I was up by 2 points and controlling the match, but with 30 seconds left, my opponent attacked my foot, we rolled out of bounds, and he was awarded 2 points.
Under the last-point-wins rule set, that was enough to take the match.
Not the outcome I wanted, but that’s competition. Every match is a lesson, and there’s always room to improve. Back to work!
Respect to everyone who stepped on the mats.
We keep moving forward.

Today I competed at the @elitebjjevents European championships and won gold 🥇. This week also marks 10 years of doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and I never thought when I started I would be able to come this far. All respect to my opponent for the fight and congratulations to everyone who fought today. Thank you to all my sponsors and teammates:
