If it is your desire to use the 46 days leading up to Easter with great intention, plan on joining into the zoom call. The Lenten season starts with our Ash Wednesday gathering on March 5 at 7 PM. During this digital meeting, we will discuss things that we can let go of and things that we can pick up. In this season of letting go and picking up new things, it is our desire that we see Jesus more clearly and learn to be the church that he intended.. You can find the Zoom link in the calendar on our church app.

We hope that you will join us for a week of prayer & fasting. This is an opportunity for us to come together & actively seek God’s presence.

We are looking to consecrate ourselves to the Lord.

We are looking to renew our minds.

We are looking for His will.

We are looking for the presence of the Holy Spirit, who had the power to resurrect Christ Jesus our Lord, to unleash its power in & through us.

We kick things off Friday Night at 6:30 with a last meal - pot luck style. If you would like more information please DM me and I’ll send you the packet.

It’s been 10 months since I last posted on social media. I’m working my way back in… like a zero entry pool. For those of you following my life & ministry on this platform, we have a lot to catch up on. But that isn’t important. What is important is how we live in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I will catch you up slowly, but for now, in this season of our faith, I don’t want you “liking” or “disliking” my family pictures, the food I’m eating or my bad fly fishing technique. I want us together to wrestle with what is true, noble, just… what is in Jesus.

This Sunday we are continuing our series through the Armor of God (series: Are We Ready?) & the focus is the shield.

I am officially signing off social media for the next three months (maybe longer). But before I go dark, I just wanted to say a deep, genuine thank you to all of you. Most of you call me pastor, others family, and even more friends. You know that I’m not good at social media. It is necessary (arguably) in this generation to use these platforms to share life & ministry. As I step into my sabbatical today, let me share one last loving word with you. It is most important that you follow Jesus more than you follow people on social media. Use the Lectio365 App and other Bible reading guides to help you.

My Baptism!😌🙏🏾

“one Lord, one faith, one baptism;”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭5‬ ‭

“I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭17‬:‭23‬ ‭

Feels good to be renewed through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior!!🥹🙏🏾

I wanted to be baptized because I’ve been through a lot and I realized that I can only get through life if I have a relationship with God!!🙏🏾😇
And Jesus has given so much for me I decided it was time that I gave back to HIM the same way HE gave to me… By giving HIM my LIFE.
And to walk with HIM in faith completely!

Pastor @ellisprince one said in a sermon of his “ walking with Jesus is going to go from bad, to worse before it gets to the good parts!”😅🙏🏾
He’s definitely right because the deeper connection you have with God the harder the world tries to beat you down.
But God has given me the strength to take it and the power to give all my troubles and burdens to HIM to handle and take care of because HE already WON the battles for me so I don’t have to fight I just have to TRUST and LOVE my Father.🫂❤️
But the whole journey and every step I take with my Heavenly Father will be more than worth it. And everyday I wake up and every night I lay my head to go to sleep I will thank the Lord for being apart of my life even when I was fully aware of HIS presence and for helping me through the good and the bad days and for everything HE has ever done for me and everything HE will continue to do for me and through me.
And I do very much believe that Jesus died on the cross for me and my sins so that I can live a life without the fear of death because as long as I live by HIM I will have eternal life!!♾️🙏🏾

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬

Big steps=big change, big change can only happen through God🙏🏾❤️🥹

This Sunday we’re celebrating Pentecost with 4 other Baltimore churches!
*The gathering starts at 10am.
*Be sure to give yourself enough time for parking.
*If you need handicap accessibility, you have little kids, or simply want the convenience of being close to the courtyard, pull right up to 29 S Front St and the parking team will direct you.
*Remember this is an outdoor service so plan accordingly.
*There will be interpreters for those who are deaf and hard of hearing.
