My Eyes lit up, it’s been years since I stepped foot on a Nautique Wake boat, all of these memories came flooding back Towing our kids and friends around Somerset dam behind our boat every week for years practising for competitions, grommy camps and family fun.
It was our life and world for 10 years. Listen up,

Such a fun day at one of the prettiest wakesurf spots ever. It also somehow felt like our home spot back in Kyiv - but with clear, salty water 🌊☀️

Great people, heaps of fun, and so much joy seeing that spark in people’s eyes as they get up on the board and catch the wakesurfing high.

Highly recommend @gcwakeboat on the Gold Coast 🤙🤍

Life literally smacked me in the face! 😂🌊

Apparently my response was to paddle back to the boat bleeding while laughing my head off 😂

Probably says a lot about where I’m at in life. 🤪

To be clear: protect yourself, pay attention, look after the precious human suit as a surfboard to the schnoz is not something I recommend ☺️

BUT.. don’t become so afraid of getting hurt that you forget to actually LIVE! 🤩🙌

Go on adventures, try things you’re not good at, get back up, get messy, laugh at yourself and collect stories because after everything life has thrown at me, a split nose wasn’t going to ruin an incredible day.

24 hours later I rocked up to @artoflivingau retreat with a swollen nose with a decent cut and honestly, I still thought the whole thing was hilarious! 😂

Not everything needs to become a disaster.

Sometimes you just say:

Well.. that happened 😆

Learn from it, laugh when you can and get back on the wave! 🌊🤍

Huge shout out to Jason and Amy from @gcwakeboat for the BEST day on the water! @lakyahbajc and will be back on board asap ✊🏄‍♀️🏄‍♀️
If you’re on the GC living or on holiday, book a day with them! You won’t regret it! I certainly didn’t, even with my nose! 😂💯
