Spend a day at Computex with me and some wonderful people. At this point we were all delirious from long days filming, the lack of sleep and fuelled by 7/11 snacks.

Via the @kodak Chamera of course.

With Forza Horizon 6 coming up, I figured now would be a great time to share how great of a time I had in FH5.
When I say a great time, I mean in the way that had me sitting there snort laughing at my own in game shenanigans.

From pulling my mates over and issuing some pretty out there fines (Sorry, Nick you have to pay the $100 fine for not stopping for snacks), to finding random spots to get stuck or throwing my car off a random spot to see how much air I could get, it’s safe to say I play the game the best way I can.

I am not a pro gamer by any means but Im genuinely excited for Forza Horizon 6. I’ve already planned to clear the schedule for launch so I can continue my legacy of terrible parking and annoying Nick.

#FH6 #ForzaHorizon6 #JapanAwaits #Xbox #Australia

It’s a 50/50 chance so why am I wrong 100% of the time? Do I just not understand how magnets work? 🫠

Which piece of gear humbled you today?

UPCOMING PRODUCT 👀

We’ll soon be launching our 120mm and 140mm BLK for pre-order, and we’re super excited about it! It’s been a long time coming, testing out different versions across various builds which you see here. We’ve been stoked about the inquiries as of late, and so it seems now is the time to get moving on them.

We’ve got the final versions in production right now, and they’ll be the same finish as the current BLK V2 along with being fully compatible with it. We’ll have updated design photos soon and a few configuration options illustrated along with the official announcement for the pre-order!

STAY TUNED 😈

A massive shoutout to @gear.seekers for the studio vibes! 🎥✨ We spent the day photographing our slabs and extended arts in the best possible light.

We also managed to get some ultra-crisp shots of our entire case color lineup, which will be live on the site shortly! 💎🎨

Here’s a little sneak peek of the results. 🎞️ Seeing these in person is a total game-changer compared to a mockup. 🖼️

Watch this space—a huge drop is coming later this week featuring more slabs for sale with their matching setups. Don’t miss out! 🔔🔥

Decided to ditty up my own 2025 Wrapped. I spent way too long editing this to make it look cool, so please clap.
But seriously looking back at all of the stuff I’ve worked on, the curriculum for my year was actually kind of crazy…

The “Student” Era: I finally stopped winging it and actually dove into learning Premiere Pro. I had some basics down but I’ve been giving it a proper go. Turns out knowing what the buttons actually do is helpful? Who knew.

The “LA” Arc: Going to Adobe MAX WITH Adobe was the main character moment I needed. I met so many amazing creative folk and played it cool but internally I was just fan-girling the whole time. I feel like the spark is officially coming back.

The Perspective: It’s honestly wild to think that 13-year-old me, messing around on the beige family computer (probably beige) making weird art led to this point. I Started with Paint and now we here.

Thanks for sticking around for the plot development. ✌️

Ps. I usually shoot all of my @gear.seekers work on my trusty @lumix_au S5II, but I picked up a Lumix S9 for more of a travel camera situation and man, I love that little camera. I’m hoping this summer I get a chance to get out of the studio more and back outside shooting more of what’s outside my front door.

One of the highlights of the year, was attending @computex__taipei, an #AI #convention, in #Taipei, #Taiwan. This is a 3 min teaser. You can find the full 9 min version, on my YouTube at
/rayhom

Thanks to @thewillislai for letting me be aware of this convention, which peaked the #tech nerd in me, and giving me a tour (no matter how brief) of Taipei. I'm definitely going back!

Music was created and generated with ElevenLabs. Footage was shot on both my DJI Action 2 and Galaxy Flip 6, and edited in Adobe Premiere.

Last year we bought a vintage lot of mystery retro computer bits and pieces. What I didn’t expect was for it to include some books and pamphlets about computers from various eras of tech.
Some of the pamphlets explain what computers are and the mags go into what type of computers are available as well as a whole bunch of other explanations on the tech of the time.
Some of it giggle worthy, especially some of the predictions for how tech will evolve.
