COLORS 4 U PARTY HUB

As much as I like bombastic anthems for pride sometimes,
this year I felt like using something less loud, but not less resilient.
I had asked queer friends in my rl for their favourite pride songs.
That's how I came across this song.
In these times places like the COLORS 4 U are even more
important.
I know a place where we can be ourselves.
Let's go! Happy Pride you all 🌈

Thank you for having visited the COLORS 4U party hub
also on behalf of all hosts, we sure appreciate your support.

Third places like this where ppl can be their true selves
are so crucial to find community.
The song I chose is about the importance of coming out,
not as something you owe others (and you decide when
and where anyway, bc it's not always safe to do so),
but to yourself. The moment you accept yourself as who
you are good things might be on their way:
Friends who love you for being you, community, mutual aid,
chosen family and the joy to be you!
A lot of these things named above are impulses for me
that I got to know in queer spaces.
I know they can inspire beyond this specific community.
