Let’s get a jump on this, club kids & techno baddies: On Saturday Oct 24 it’s professor versus protege at the next Cherry Bomb. 🍒💣

Far before he became a member of The MoB, we were a fan of hip-hop artist & songwriter @mannydibiachi. Not just because of his top-tier stage presence and vicious wordplay, but also his impressive ear and musicality. When he expressed a desire to add deejaying to his portfolio of talents, @hunyrocks was all too willing to take him on as her first (and to-date *only*) mentee. Since then he’s been smashing gigs all over the city, including DVF, our Cobra finale, and twice at Cherry Bomb Day Party. 🧨

That said, it only makes sense that we finally welcome him to join his mentor on the decks at OG Cherry Bomb. Expect ENERGY. Expect CUNT. And, of course, expect to dance HARD. 🙌🏾💅🏾

This one is going to eat down. HUNY XO x Manny Dibiachi: 10/24, 9pm-2am, at @spiritpgh. $10 adv/$15 door (🎟️ in bio) 💥

Last month’s SZR Day Party had everything: a whole lotta rump-shakin cause our deejays @hunyrocks & @kinellaeclipse gave us nann choice…the Leos showed OUT—especially our host @rynaissanceeee & birthday girl @kai.estelle91…and all the sapphics piled in lookin tasty af. Lil bit of rain ain’t stop a damn thang. ✂️💅🏾

This Saturday, 9/19, we’re back for our final edition of the year. Cue the saxophones getting louder—summer is almost over, lezbeans, but this party about to be a movie. We have an extra hour, we’re starting later in the afternoon so you got more time to put that shit on, and *five* familiar faces are on the lineup to keep it poppin. 👅

Report to @5801videolounge to day party into the night with deejays HUNY XO & OHKAY! (@kaylalukitsch’s debut set!) plus hosts @kai.estelle91, @gege_got_jokes, & @_juicedupjoey. 5-10pm and free to attend 💘

Club kids, you ‘bout to have it all: an all Cherry Bomb everything weekend kicks off less than 2 weeks from now when Baltimore deejay, producer, and Black queer icon SDOT (@s.dotmusic) makes his Pittsburgh debut. 🍒💣

On Friday Sept 25 our cunty techno dance hard party enters the Fall season when resident @hunyrocks is joined by this *wildly* accomplished mainstay of the global club circuit. We actually feel very comfy calling SDOT your favorite DJ’s favorite DJ because the selectors werking underground nightlife to a frenzy right now all have at least one SDOT track locked and loaded. Pure effing fire, trust that 🧨

And the very next day, 9/26, Cherry Bomb Day Party delivers 6 hours of house music in the sun. Maybe we were supposed to get rained out just so the full Cherry Bomb fantasy could be achieved over just one weekend.💥

Hosted by the booth bunnies @asajeanz, @gee.bee.412, @sarahquiana, & @terrez_000 🐰

The oonz oonz is Black AF. All killer no filler. $10 in advance or $15 at the door. 🎟️ in bio!

Calling all techno baddies, club kids, and oonz oonz enthusiasts: this month’s Cherry Bomb is on deck Aug 28, 9pm-2am at @spiritpgh with resident @hunyrocks joined by @madame_trio 🍒💣

Here’s what you need to know: 1. For the next couple months the function is moving to 4th FRIDAY instead of Saturday; 2. Cherry Bomb will no longer share a day with SZR Day Party (this Saturday at @5801videolounge); AND 3. We got an extra hour (9pm instead of 10pm start time)! 🚨🚨🚨

We needed a sure thang to soundtrack the switch-up and who better to join huny than Jaz? Her first Cherry Bomb was all the way back in May 2022 and with a long resume including Hot Mass and the underground rave circuit, techno Trio goes HARD. And that’s what we likey at Cherry Bomb. 💥

So much Black femme supremacy we can hardly contain ourselves!! This is going to be naaaasty. $10 adv/$15 door, 🎟️ in bio. Let’s fuckin go!

Daily recommendation:
Go meet up with Jeremy and Logan at the @lvillefarmersmarket today from 3pm - 7pm and get all of the baked goods your Tuesday deserves.

Chili Crisp Scallion Focaccia has returned for another week because we’re that excited about it, we’re stocked up with all of your favorite cookies, and we’ve got at least a dozen really good ways for you to meet your weekly sourdough requirements.

There’s nothing to lose and everything to gain!

The sun is officially so back, conveniently so are we, specifically at the @lvillefarmersmarket until 7:00.

@gee.bee.412 made Chili Crisp Focaccia with Scallion and Sesame, there’s a whole bunch of cookies, take home pizza hits, and more.

See you over here!

The MoB is serving it up hot on a platter with the sapphics and the late night freaks this Saturday at SZR Day Party and Cherry Bomb. Choose your adventure: flirting in the sunshine or shakin ass with the club kids. Or if you got the energy why not both? ✂️🍒

SZR Day Party, 4-8pm at @5801videolounge with @hunyrocks, @who.tf.is.marz, & @igignoslen_ (no cover)

Cherry Bomb, 10pm-2am at @spiritpgh with @auntiechanel, @hunyrocks, and our bevy of booth bunnies ($10 adv/$15 door - 🎟️ in bio)

See y’all at the functions!

Cherry Bomb June was somewhat of a disorienting blur and I was drained from such a busy-ass month, but @mayauniverse_ & I tore. we were really in our bag and the baddies did their big one on the dancefloor as always 🙏🏾

I’m goin into this Saturday far more rested and eager to rinse all the tracks I collected but didn’t get to play at Factory Reset. that’s actually the 4th time the po-po interrupted my set at a PGH rave…ugh, my bad for being far too cunt. plus we back in the lodge where the function belongs *and* my girl @auntiechanel is pulling up from Detroit. Chanel’s PGH debut was at Cherry Bomb in April 2023 and she was lethal, so trust me when I say her return is gonna give everything.

that’s all 💅🏾

7/25, 10pm-2am, at @spiritpgh. 🎟️ in bio ($10 online, $15 at the door).
