Year 1 recap ✅

The work we do isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s about constantly navigating the body and the demands placed on it. We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt, recalibrate, and create unique treatments based on the environment and the athlete we are fortunate to work with.

Our collaboration with @nzwarriorsnrlw permitted us to work with each athlete to support their needs and the demands they place on their bodies. This, in turn, allows them to compete every time they take the field.

Ngā mihi nui to these incredible wāhine toa!

The mahi was a pleasure ✅ The vibes was tika ✅ and Up, Up the WAH’s ✅

2026 NRLW Buys of the Year: Shaylee Bent & Jesse Southwell!

Tied on 20 points, Bent and Southwell share the honour of being our first RL Aus Buy of the Year 🙌

Bent moved to Wests after 3 years on the Gold Coast and 4 at the Dragons before that, and had her best individual season to date, while Southwell came to Brisbane after 4 seasons with the Knights and became the youngest ever NRLW player to reach 50 games this year.

The leaderboard further shows how the Tigers and Raiders both nailed their recruitment campaigns last offseason, with both clubs making their NRLW finals debut

2026 Warriors NRLW Club Champion: Stacey Waaka!

Waaka returned to league this year after winning bronze in the 2025 RWC. In her first season at the Wahs, she finished as the club's equal highest tryscorer with Tauhalaliku, also topping the lists for try assists, tackle breaks, line breaks and assists! Absolutely outstanding from the Olympian 👏
