🎭 Have you ever watched a musical and wondered… what does it REALLY take to make it to that level? ✨

Meet the fabulously talented Geena Hutton, currently touring Australia in SIX The Musical, performing to sold-out crowds and doing something pretty extraordinary… stepping into the roles of ALL SIX Queens! 👑

In Episode 30 of Stand Up Again Podcast, Sophie and Nick Rado chat with Geena about her journey into musical theatre, the incredible highs, the challenging lows, and what it takes to keep going in an industry where talent is only part of the equation.

From imposter syndrome and perfectionism to the power of self-talk, Geena shares the mental game behind performing at the top of your craft, and the tools that help her navigate the pressure, rejection and self-doubt along the way.

Whether you're a theatre kid at heart, an aspiring performer, or someone who's ever sat in an audience thinking, “I wonder what it takes to do THAT?”… this one's for you. 🎤

🎧 Episode 30 is out TODAY at 12pm!

Comment GEENA below and we'll send you the links to watch on TVNZ+ or YouTube, or listen wherever you get your podcasts.

Six The Musical at the Comedy Theatre (Tuesday 29th September, Wednesday 30th September and Thursday 1st October)
@sixthemusicalau @comedy_theatre

Six’s reign in Melbourne is over but not our memories….
Three shows in the front row.
We were lucky to see Thalia and Geena perform.
It’s been amazing chatting with the queens after the shows at the stage door for multiple performances.
Thank you ladies for chatting.
We also were lucky people to win the most shows in this Melbourne season and won cocktails and sky deck tickets.
What a delight!
Six the Musical is the best, the ladies are magnificent and now we can’t wait for our Sydney adventure to see more.
18th, 19th and 20th shows and still counting…..
