This last European youth championship was by far the best one we had as a club.

4 medals: ๐Ÿฅ‡ ๐Ÿฅ‡ ๐Ÿฅˆ๐Ÿฅ‰

Super proud of our team, for giving everything they had on the wall, fighting all the way.

Remember itโ€™s a process, and the result doesnโ€™t always show who you are and how much youโ€™ve sacrificed for this moment.

All of this wouldnโ€™t have happened without the support of my coaches at home @dior133 @naama_yohai @dor_yakobi ,
The club @performancerocktlv @hapoel.tlv.climbing and @ilcc_climbing

Looking forward for the future!

First and last youth European championship
Itโ€™s crazy how things played out in my life to get me here. My first youth competition, at 19, and its the championship.
.
.
I came without a clear goal, because i didnt know what to expect of myself as it was my first time on this circuit. But with the comp approaching, i started thinking of my reasons, instead of what place i want to finish in. I understood what i wanted to achieve, and why i am even here. TO LIVE MY LIFE. To do everything to the fullest and to actually appreciate the life i live.
.
.
I decided no matter what, im going to enjoy this last youth championship. Im going to do my best no matter what, but it meant that if i fail i will still be happy. Because Iโ€™m proud of myself no matter what. And its not about giving up before the comp even starts and saying i donโ€™t care if I fail , its about accepting myself.
.
.
It meant that if i advance to the next round i will do my absolute best on the matts (as i did), and if not i will do my absolute best to support my teammates and cheer them with all my heart. Thats why Iโ€™m here. To have fun in the sport i love, and to share this love and joy to the people around me.
.
.
I made the semis in my first try, i wish it wasnโ€™t the last, but thats life. The semis were hard, that meant anything could happen. I gave it my all, It was close, but not enough. Regardless, i was really able to be myself and express the athlete i am on the semis, even if not in the score, but in my spirit. I had the most amazing time thanks to my amazing team that supports me no matter what, and everyone at home watching this incredible event. I felt all of your love and support, it pushed me forward. Thank you.
.
.
I wish the lessons I learned could help other athletes in their own journey. Even if its just one person. To love yourz and appreciate. And to be able to be the best athletes they can on the matts.
As always, thank you coach @assafhili โค๏ธ

European youth series Graz

I always love competing in Graz, and Iโ€™m still a little surprised that I managed to take home a medal after barely qualifying for the final in 10th place and then having to wait until the entire round was over. Probably the most stressful competition Iโ€™ve ever hadโ€ฆ

I slightly injured my finger a few weeks ago and wasnโ€™t sure if Iโ€™d be able to compete at the start of the international season. Thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m really happy that itโ€™s almost fully healed.

A big thanks to @vwfsde for supporting me so that I am able to train on the newest holds, and to @greifhaus_braunschweig for providing me with a place to train.

Next up Madrid WC

PS: Reached my very first international podium here three years ago and apparently my last as well on the same position

EYC Graz 2026-4th Place๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿฆพ

A competition full of emotions for me.
I came into this competition with a lot of confidence and high expectations from myself because I knew what I was capable of.

I had a very clear goal
First, to make it to the finals.
And then, to stand on the podium in first place.

The qualification round was very stressful because I knew every route was extremely important, and that every small mistake could cost me a place in the finals.
It was very tough both physically and mentally.
I had to climb very late at night, and it was hard to stay fully focused and alert.
But I gave everything I had and fought for every route, and I made it to the finals in 1st place ๐Ÿคฉ

But I felt like it wasnโ€™t over yet, and that the real battle would be the finals.
In the finals, I felt good. I felt capable of doing it, and I never stopped believing that I could.

I started the round pretty well and never stopped believing I could complete every route on the wall.
I got to the last route and knew that if I wanted to stand on the podium, I had to finish it โ€” but it didnโ€™t happen, and I missed the podium by three attempts.

Such a frustrating feeling, being so close once again to standing on the podium, but still not making it happen.
Finishing in 4th place again was very disappointing for me.
The closer I get, the more it hurts.

But I also know how to look at the positives from this competition.
Iโ€™m proud of my journey, and I know my moment will come โ€” and it will come big.
Iโ€™m looking forward with full power.
Iโ€™m continuing with a lot of motivation, and I choose to take strength from this competition moving forward, not the opposite.

One thingโ€™s for sure-I will never give up ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿฆพ

Thank you so much to the team that was with me throughout the entire competition and gave everything alongside me @palgi.roei @bar_kamilean @lior_marash
