Tabiot in Bergamo’s area stands for a little rural architecture built and used by farmers to store tools and working materials, find temporary refuge and rest. @paesaggi.prossimi and @aeriscoopsociale invited @wunder_net to coordinate a design and building workshop for the construction of a wandering Tabiot, a little pavilion to invite residents and passer-byes of Isola Bergamasca to explore the farmland and discover the in-between landscape resisting urban sprawl and industrialisation. The project was developed with the support of @fondazione.bergamo. Tabiot team: Anna Orlando,
Aris Viglietti, Giulia Mezza, Stefano Brembilla, Martina Gritti, Giulia Maffioletti, Raffaella Garofalo, Valentina Falgari, Alessandro Gualandris, Desiree Prezioso, Giulia Fedrigucci, Nazar Zelenyuk, Sofia Campo, Igraine Aurora Frutti, Michela Biffi, Mattia Rota Graziosi, Elena Benigni, Alessandro Valli, Matteo Tremari, Marco Belloni, Sara Tiraboschi. Presentation of the photographic book “Sotto le Pietre, il Sale”.
A meeting with the authors dedicated to the tuna fisheries of Carloforte, among images, myth, and tradition.

“Sotto le pietre, il sale” is a tribute to the relationship between man and the creatures of the sea, to that eternal bond built through the work of the traditional practice of fishing, which is handed down as much out of necessity as out of respect. A relationship made of daily productive activities, which nevertheless resonate with a much deeper and more sacred echo, recalling ancient rituals and gestures.

When:
August 12th
7:30 PM

Where:
TourDeFork
Via Gramsci 68
Carloforte

We look forward to seeing you for:
Aperitivo at La Bottega del Dano in front of the concept store.

This spring marked 10 years since I graduated from Politecnico di Milano, under Stefano Boeri, and with the invaluable help of Azzurra Muzzonigro.

For my thesis, Ontologia del Vuoto (Ontology of the Void), I studied the Porta Romana railway yard in Milan and the thousand unknowns of a forest inside a city.

Here in these photos with great friends and partners in adventure — now great photographers, @piercarloquecchia and @gegalanello.
