📍Lucerne, Switzerland📍in 2 Days

The second stop on our 2-week Swiss itinerary was Lucerne, Switzerland. What a beautiful city 😍Highlights from our explorations here include:

💐 Walking over the historic Chapel Bridge
🦁 Feeling emotionally moved by the Lion Monument
🗻 Visiting the Glacier Garden and getting some excellent views of the city!
⛴️ Taking a cruise on Lake Lucerne
🚂 Exploring the Swiss Transport Museum
🧀 Indulging in some delicious fondue with a city view
🍦 Treating ourselves to after-dinner gelato at @gelati1998 - twice!

During our stay in Lucerne, we were blown away by our accommodations at @hotel_des_balances This hotel is perfectly situated on the River Reuss and has some spectacular views of the Chapel Bridge and Jesuit Church. The sofa bed situation was ideal with a toddler because there was a pocket door that acted as a room separator. The staff were so kind, the room was luxurious, and the sweet little details made this stay feel special.

ZURICH SUMMER - Afternoon Heat Part I

Thinking back to these hot summer days feels already a little bit nostalgic.

This little series of mine goes on. Featuring @caro_mettler & @laraschoch 🧜🏼‍♀️

This blue dress has a story: it was bought for the first gender reveal, thinking I could manifest what I initially wished for. Somehow, it worked… but 2 years later. 🩵

Pistachio Puff-Puff & Ice Cream ✨

Known as Puff-Puff in Nigeria, Bofrot in Ghana and Mikate in parts of Central and West Africa, these golden bites are soft and fluffy inside with a lightly crisp exterior.

Our Puff-Puff is finished with pistachio and served with creamy gelato for the perfect warm-and-cold combination.

A little taste of West Africa with a modern Toláni twist.

If you haven’t tried Puff-Puff yet… this is your sign.

THIS HAS BEEN OUR SUMMER.
Sorry it‘s over. But happy you happened.

Swiss summer at its best. Zurich‘s hot spots for once completely to ourselves. Countless ice creams. Reunions with our closest friends. Days & nights spent outside. Dips in lakes and ice cold rivers. Mini hikes and stunning peak views. A lot of smiles and hugs — and a whole lotta love.

Summer looks different in Seefeld.
Morning walks, coffee stops, a dip in the lake - and a little Cherry in between.

Meet you on the mat. 🍒
