today’s little matcharista 🍵👧🏻

she made a matcha latte using wakokoro yame no mukashi and pistachio milk, and she had the biggest smile the entire time. seeing her enjoy the process was the best part. 🤩🥰

today’s matcha was Ocha No Kanbayashi Take No Shiro. 🍃

this one was creamy, nutty, and lightly umami with a subtle dark chocolate finish. the texture was silky and smooth, whisking up beautifully with a velvety consistency and barely any bitterness. it has a gentle sweetness that slowly comes through with each sip, along with soft grassy notes and a delicate, balanced finish. 🍵

Take No Shiro is made by Ocha no Kanbayashi. it’s known for being smooth, approachable, and easy to enjoy whether you’re having it as usucha or simply taking your time with a quiet cup of matcha. 💚

lately, making matcha at home has been one of my favorite little routines..

finally got to try moodtcha’s the hajime and i honestly really enjoyed it. it’s super creamy, rich in umami, and has that fresh vegetal taste. i also love that it’s low in bitterness so it stays smooth. 🍵

the texture comes out so velvety once whisked and it tastes sooo good as a latte. definitely the kind of matcha i’d make for slow mornings or whenever i want something cozy at home. 🍃

this is honestly one of those matchas i can see myself reaching for everyday. 💚

banana milk + banana bread syrup + saemidori & yabukita matcha. 🍌🍃

a smooth, mellow blend where everything just fits together. the banana milk adds a creamy softness, while the banana bread syrup brings a warm, baked sweetness that tastes just right.

the saemidori + yabukita cultivar gives a smooth, umami-rich taste with light vegetal notes and a mild hint of bitterness that keeps the drink fresh and not overly sweet.

each layer complements the other, nothing too strong or overpowering. just a smooth mix where the flavors blend gently and stay light. 💚🍵
