Happy Birthday to our Queen Gem, Gwen! You lead by example and set the bar high. You put 1000% into EVERYTHING you do, whether it’s your family, coaching and everything life has thrown your way. Thank you for motivating me, teaching me, guiding, me, crying with me and always being by my side. I love you to the moon and am so grateful you have come into my life. Happy Birthday ♥️ Now let’s get out workout on! Xo

Great competition this weekend put on at @musclebeachvenice. Was great to be a part of such a historical classic competition, and to be there for @leepriestofficial72 hall of fame induction.
-
@nbuiltofficial took home 1st place🥇in both teen and novice bodybuilding.
-
@burtleboi_123 earned a huge 3rd place🥉finish in the men’s open physique (at 16 years old).
-
Not pictured because she had to head out right after finals is @ceejaynoelani.fit, who took 4th place in her bikini class, which was a great warm up for the season as we look towards her first NPC show in about 6 weeks.
-
Was pretty entertaining seeing Mavrick decide to hop in the show on a 24hour notice, but still pull off a 3rd and 5th in masters and men’s physique.
-
Always a good time having the fam together at a pretty competitive but fun show. Also got to have one of my newest clients, Hailey, come check out her first show and get the itch even more to get up there.
-
Congrats to all the competitors today. Was pretty wild seeing the history of today’s show, and I’m grateful to be able to be apart of some of these monumental moments in this industry.

Acts 20:24
But none of these things move me, nor do I count my life dear to myself so that I may finish my race with joy and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus to testify to the gospel of the grace of God

Today marks 8 years of a changed life for me.
I don’t even know that girl I was 8 years ago anymore. Lost, broken, empty…but without being that girl I wouldn’t be the women I am today. Getting clean and coming to know Christ as my savior has brought so many amazing people into my life that have become like family and has opened so many doors of many great adventures I am beyond great full.
God isn’t done with me yet and I can’t wait to see what’s next
