Happy #iwd2020 to the incredible women in my life - especially my darling Mam! You are amazing and I love you! Xx

#IWD2020 with these powerhouses 💥💥💥💥💥 “The strength of a woman” was our starting point; we got very deep, very quickly. Relationship between body and mind, radical self care, holding up the sky, female bonds, daily battles, juggles, joys, grief, politics. We went there. So much love for host @annekaharry — long time hero @gemagain — leader of the @womensequalityparty and first person of colour to lead a political party in the UK, Mandu Reid @karate_undid_me — and beaming shining light in this world @natashakbenjamin founder of @freeyourmindcic and winner of @lorraine inspirational woman of the year award. Uplifted by you all. 🎈 #internationalwomensday #womenempoweringwomen #IWD

Had the loveliest time being on this panel for #internationalwomensday talking about the strength of a woman over a few G&Ts at The Hospital club with:
Gemma Ciarney @gemagain
Mandu Reid
Rae Duke @raetheduke and our awesome host
Anneka Harry @annekaharry 🥳
Being amongst such wonderful, supportive and strong women sharing our stories, thoughts and dreams felt incredible! I’m still feeling the good good energy this morning ☺️
I was fangirling the whole time and it was great! 🥳😅

RELAX
How (and how often) do you make time for yourself? 🍫
Just before I popped (and my concept of time, date and space went out the window! 😂🤦‍♀️) I caught up with the fabulous @gemagain on @GalaxyUK's #SorryNotSorry podcast. We discussed everything from dodging jaguars, impromptu cycle rides across the globe and if it’s possible to find any time for yourself whilst on international expeditions.
🌍
Follow the link in my bio to hear our chat, giggles and tips on finding time for pleasure - and why we shouldn’t feel sorry about it. I’d love to hear your tips too...

Me and gaz have been mentoring on the project from the start and its amazing to see it now flow so organically (this effortlessness is only down to the hard graft and attention to detail of @eggtoothproject ) again we are blown away by the music, art, heart talent of the future.
